| Description Nursing home data was analyzed with respect to four key outcomes in order to evaluate the impact of Boren Amendment repeal as required by Congress. Medicaid rate methods used by states and the resulting rate levels; these are expected to affect access and quality of care available to Medicaid beneficiaries, realized access of Medicaid beneficiaries to nursing home care, quality of care delivered to Medicaid nursing home residents, and financial status of nursing home industry. | |
