| Description New England Managed Care and Public Health Collaborative's objective is to leverage collective efforts, resources and shared mission of managed care organizations public health agencies through collaborative action, to deliver coordinated, consistent clinical and public health practices, consistent and reinforcing prevention messages, disseminate public health practices through established provider networks, improve existing provider-purchaser activities for vulnerable populations, and provide mutual support and problem solving among leaders of institutions which focus on population-based health improvement to address difficult health policy issues. | |
